Gathering Blue is the second book to The Giver. Gathering Blue is a really really good book so far it is about a two syllable girl named Kira who's mother died by an illness. Kira is a crippled girl with a twisted leg with a friend named Matt and who's dog is named branch . after Kira's mother died they had to burn there cot so the illness her mother had would not spread to he others villages. a lot of the ladies in the village want Kira's land to build a pen for their tykes(children). so they take her to council of guardians for the land and to get rid of Kira, but things change Kira is given a high job in the village that gives her a lot of information on her villages history. -Desiree Quinones

I just finished reading a good book that was about these kids that always snuck out late at night and always played games late at night and sometimes got in trouble,soon the kids see their old friend Spencer,there were shocked to see him because he looked more different from the last time they all saw him,they were all freaked out when they saw how his house looked,it was empty,quiet,and dark, but later they found out that he was dead and was just a ghost,and they all start getting freaked out when ever they hang out with him,so they try to get rid of him but most of their plans fail,soon the group of kids find out that two boys in that group killed Spencer a year before by burying him in the snow,that is all i will tell you,but it is a good book,maybe you can check it out because it is awesome

The book that I just read was a good one.It started in these little stories about incounters with some ghost.Many of them are pretty creepy like one of them was when a man was just getting out of his car and when he came back the car was trashed and a man was sitting in it and when he blinked the man was gone . Another story was when a kid was just walking from school and a man asked the little kid that theres going to be a crash at seven a clock, but I cant tell you the end of the story because you have to rent the book a must read book to creep you out a little but will shock you out in the end of the stories . I am in the middle of this awesome book it's about greg trying to grow up really fast,Rowley and Greg are no longer friends.Rowley's parents hire a teenager to be rowley's friend,greg is trying to hang out with the popular and older kids.But later in the story greg learns a lesson it takes time to grow up and be mature and he apoligize's to Rowley and they become friends again so everything turns out for the best.

I am reading this great book called "Vampire Diaries" it is a great book about a grl who is dating a vampire and she meets his family and his brother David said that he was going to make her the "Queen of the Night." She than goes to find her friend and tells her about it, but they both don't know what to do.
